Terms & Condition

  1. I confirm that all the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
  2. Alete (including its representatives and partners) shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect or incomplete information.
  3. I/We hereby authorize Alete to collect, use, store, and process my/our sensitive personal data or information, and to share it with third parties as required for the purpose of providing life insurance services and for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations related to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, and tax reporting obligations.
  4. For Market-Linked Insurance Plans :
    I understand that returns in MLIP plans are subject to market risks and are not guaranteed. I acknowledge that the investment risk in the policy is borne by me, the policyholder. Actual returns may vary based on the performance of the selected fund and deductions such as mortality charges, allocation charges, administration fees, and costs of additional riders. I have reviewed the benefit illustration scenarios (4% and 8% returns) and understand that they are for illustrative purposes only and not indicative of the actual returns I may receive.
  5. I agree and authorize the Insurance Company to share the details of my policy’s fund/portfolio with Alete, and I authorize Alete to securely store and manage this information for future reference and assistance.
